Starter RoPA spreadsheet
A minimal CSV with standard RoPA columns — one row per processing activity. Open in Excel or Google Sheets. This is a starter for workshops and small teams; it is not legal advice and may need fields for your sector or jurisdiction.
Spreadsheet vs Ghost
- CSV starter — fast to share; easy to drift (owners, half-empty rows, weak review).
- Ghost Article 30 Register — guided fields, gap analysis, review workflows, and exports aligned with your register.
In-app activity templates (e.g. payroll, marketing) pre-fill activities inside Ghost. You can also use Import in the ROPA dashboard: upload this CSV or your own file, map columns once, review validation, and create draft activities for cleanup in Ghost. Column names like activity_name and purpose_of_processing map cleanly in the importer.
